The Endoscopy Center’s mission is to provide the highest quality care, meeting the expectations of our patients and their families and serves as a resource area for physicians of the community for treatment, diagnosis, and management of patients with gastrointestinal disorders.

Insurance and Billing

You will receive an easy to understand bill for the services provided at Piedmont HealthCare Endoscopy Center and your physician. In addition, you can expect a separate bill from Carolina Anesthesia Associates, and if tissue samples are obtained, there will be a bill from APS. For APS billing support, please call 501-225-1400. Please feel free to call Piedmont HealthCare’s Business Services at 704.881.0214 with any questions you may have about the billing arrangements. Most health insurance carriers support and reimburse freestanding endoscopy centers because they are generally less expensive than the hospitals.

Payment Options
