Dr. Meghan Holzmacher believes that some of the best things for a child’s health are simple – playing outside, staying active, getting enough sleep, and spending less time in front of screens. She enjoys partnering with families to help children develop healthy habits that support their growth and well-being. As an active person herself, Dr. Holzmacher enjoys hiking, exploring the mountains, and going for walks with her two golden retrievers. A former competitive dancer and volleyball player, she understands the lifelong benefits of movement and enjoys helping children find fun, healthy ways to stay active while providing compassionate, personalized pediatric care.
