Behind the scenes, Piedmont HealthCare is transitioning to a new electronic health record (EHR) system. Our EHR is the system our care teams use to manage patient information, document care and support the work that happens across our practices.

While much of this change happens behind the scenes, you may notice some differences as our teams adjust to the new system. We are working hard to make the transition as smooth as possible, but there may be some delays or changes along the way.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as our teams learn the new system and make this transition.

As part of this transition, we will no longer be using the FollowMyHealth patient portal. Beginning October 1, we’ll be moving to healow by eClinicalWorks, our new patient portal, bringing an all new online billing experience.

The new portal gives you more ways to stay connected to your care and manage your healthcare online.

With the new patient portal, you can:
