ServeNC hosted a community health fair this past Saturday, August 10th, at Yokefellow Ministries. This event was brought to life from the hard work of Paul Hill, Associate Pastor with Fairview Baptist Church. Piedmont HealthCare was proud to sponsor the event alongside Yokefellow Ministry, EquiHealth Global, and Family Dental Health.
This event provided a fantastic opportunity for Iredell County community members to engage with local health resources. At the fair, Piedmont HealthCare proudly ran several informative booths.
Dr. Mahendra Naren, Lana Simmons, FNP-C, and Gail Roberts, FNP-C with Piedmont HealthCare were on site offering free sports physicals. Our dedicated business services and care coordination teams were also present, working diligently to connect attendees with essential health care services and resources.
The Community Health Fair offered a wealth of benefits, including free health screenings, valuable wellness information, and supportive resources to over 350 community members. Attendees also enjoyed giveaways that fostered a strong community spirit.
