Libby Fox, FNP-C, earned her nursing degree from Ball State University in 2016 and her Master of Science in Nursing from UNC Charlotte in 2024. She spent eight years as an RN at Iredell Memorial Hospital before becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner. Now serving patients at Piedmont HealthCare in Mocksville, Libby is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care close to her hometown of Harmony.
Outside of work, Libby enjoys being active in her local church, singing, crafting, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs. She loves being an auntie to her nine nieces and nephews and feels most at home when everyone comes in for the holidays and the house is full of laughter, family, and fun!
