We offer infusions in 5 locations throughout the Charlotte region. Our nurses are experienced with multiple sclerosis and related conditions.
- Infused products: Ocrevus (ocrelizumab), Tysabri (natalizumab), Briumvi (ublituximab), Rituxan (rituximab), Lemtrada (alemtuzumab), Remicade (infliximab)
- IV Steroids (Solumedrol)

Dr. Carraro completed his Residency in Neurology at The Ohio State University before completing his Fellowship in Multiple Sclerosis, Neuroimmunology and Demyelinating Disorders at Riverside Methodist Hospital (Ohio Health). He uses a comprehensive approach to care, providing the latest updates from international conferences, implementing disease modifying therapies, supplements, spasticity care, and collaborating with other specialties from physical therapy to urology. He also places a huge emphasis on wellness including fitness, nutrition, sleep, and stress reduction.
Dr. Elias completed his residency and fellowship in multiple sclerosis at Rhode Island Hospital through Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Elias’ medical interests include Multiple Sclerosis (MS), neural plasticity, cellular and humoral immunity, and dietary and lifestyle approaches to medicine.
