Piedmont HealthCare and Lake Norman Neurology are pleased to welcome Board-Certified Neurologist Kurt Washburn, MD. Dr. Washburn is accepting new patients at the Charlotte location of PHC – Lake Norman Neurology located at 6060 Piedmont Row Drive South.
Dr. Washburn is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Notre Dame, Indiana. He earned his medical doctorate from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine, Maywood, Illinois, and completed his neurology residency and fellowship in clinical neurophysiology at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
Dr. Washburn’s practice is dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of neurologic diseases, injuries, and disorders that affect the nervous system including:
