DESCRIPTION:Piedmont HealthCare is partnering with The Blood Connection to host a community blood drive on Friday\, August 29\, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The Blood Connection mobile bus will be conveniently located in the parking lot of 208 Old Mocksville Road\, Statesville\, NC 28625.\n\nAll donors will receive $40 in rewards\, redeemable for a variety of e-gift cards through The Blood Connection website. A TBC Donor ID Card or a valid photo ID will be required in order to donate.\n\nDonors must be at least 16 years old and weigh 110 pounds or more. Donors aged 16 and 17 must have written parental consent. Prepare to give blood by drinking plenty of water and eating a healthy meal before arriving.\n\nHelp save lives and give back to your community—one donation can help save as many as three lives
